BUENOS AIRES — After years of facing social and work-related discrimination, four friends with Down’s syndrome started their own pizza company in Buenos Aires in 2016. Los Perejiles now has 24 employees and caters for parties across the Argentine capital, supporting people with Down’s syndrome to overcome social stigma.
